RETURN OF GOODS, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts relating to the supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user and/or clearly personalized.

RETURN OF CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

In LOCURA TEXTIL prints each product that you ask us especially for you, we have no stock items custom. Therefore, we can not return it to the shelf for the next buyer.

Our customers have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the request for change or return any item in poor condition or damaged.

In the event of a defect in the purchased goods, we will act according to what is established in the regulations on the warranty of consumer goods, preceding the replacement for the same product custom contract or, in his default, resolution as appropriate.

This management will be done free of charge, including the transport of the goods from the point where they are delivered to our warehouse, and return to the client once replaced, if necessary.

If the merchandise is not defective, the return of custom products, it is impossible.

RETURN ITEMS THAT ARE NOT CUSTOM

If the merchandise is not custom and not have been developed or imported specifically for your order can be returned under the following conditions:

Our customers have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the request for change or return any item in poor condition, or damaged that has not been stamped or tampered with.

The return of any goods shall require the agreement of both parties

The expenses of sending and return of the goods are not faulty even though they have not been loaded in the budget or invoice, will be paid by the customer, or discounted by the amount previously paid, when you do the refund of the said amount. In addition we will charge 15% of the amount of turnover in the concept of manipulation.

When performing a partial refund the price of any products not returned will be adjusted to the price of the final amount, discounting of the return of the amount of this adjustment of price.

To carry out the return will be required for the delivery of the product, in perfect condition, in their original packaging and packed in a manner that is not possible to damage during the transport, assuming the client the possible damage during shipment.

We don't accept the return of products with obvious signs of use or handling.

The return of the amount paid, less the expenses described above, shall within a maximum period of 10 days from the date on which we receive the goods in our facilities, by bank transfer to the account of the customer.

The articles which do not carry any kind of customization, only be sold to professional clients in the sector or whose order for the purchase to the resale of the products, not for the particular use. So if you accept the quote, confirms that the purpose of the purchase is for the above.

For the incidents, the client must send by e-mail all the details of the same and providing photographs to be possible.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

In case of cancellation of order by the customer prior to shipping, we will invoice the costs incurred up to the time of cancellation. That includes the expenses of production, virtual images, and 15% of the total invoice amount for administrative expenses and management.

We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice. All of our prices are net prices VAT NOT INCLUDED, even though the calculator is specified at the end the price with VAT and postage is already included in the iberian Peninsula (Spain)
